Life is seldom straightforward and, too often, is plain hard going.

To be heard and understood when feeling down or during a period of upheaval is a basic need in all of us.

Sometimes a bit of professional help can make all the difference in a crisis, or during a difficult period in our lives. What we need is a listening ear – a properly listening ear – and someone with whom we can share feelings, thoughts and concerns without fear of being judged or misunderstood.

Worry, pain, hurt or anxiety can leave us feeling unsettled, and worse, but by talking to a professional counsellor and experiencing empathy, support and understanding, we can often find the clarity and purpose we need to regain our footing in life.

The Conwy Counsellors offers clients a safe, empathic, non-judgmental, and entirely confidential space in which to explore whatever they might wish to bring to the counselling room.

We at The Conwy Counsellors offer clients the choice of a female or a male counsellor, and we pride ourselves on the most thorough of professional training and background, and on long experience of support to clients encountering a wide variety of life’s challenges and burdens.

Professional counselling supervision is also offered by The Conwy Counsellors for BACP counsellor colleagues, and practitioner supervision is available for Mindfulness teachers.

Both therapists working at The Conwy Counsellors are registered individually with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) – counselling’s professional body – and practice in strict accordance with the BACP’s ‘Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling & Psychotherapy’.
