MONTHLY SUPPORT & PRACTICE
Join us for a monthly online mindfulness practice to help us through difficult times.
- No previous experience of Mindfulness is necessary. We will be introducing breathing techniques and a variety of mindfulness practices and readings to help manage stress and anxiety.
- Recorded practices and written materials will be available to support your learning.
- Additional free half day practices are also offered,

TWO-PART WORKSHOP OVER TWO EVENINGS
LEARNING TO MANAGE STRESS, ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION
An introduction over two evenings to a proven Mindfulness-based therapy useful for challenging times.
Attendance at both elements of the two-evening workshop will ensure:
- A basic introduction to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),
and an opportunity to experience and use self-help ACT techniques.
- Experience of using Mindfulness practice for emotional well-being and resilience.

TWO-PART WORKSHOP OVER TWO EVENINGS
MANAGING STRESS, ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION
Skills-based workshop over two evenings demonstrating a proven Mindfulness-based therapy for use in challenging times.
Attendance at both elements of the two-evening workshop will ensure:
- Experiential learning of practices that demonstrate the principles and use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and behavioural techniques for managing anxiety.
- Understanding of why the mind creates psychological distress and how we can free ourselves from such unhelpful patterns.
